A picture is worth 1000 words

This picture is not a staged picture--I promise. My friend Misty loves to take pictures of good food! This dessert was AMAZING and so pretty! So she went to take the picture and I was trying to lift the plate so that you could see the "happy birthday" written in chocolate. As I lifted, the dessert slid! And as we made those faces, Misty snapped the picture!
